H2HFantasy, as used in this document and all sections of Terms & Conditions (T&C), refers to the website www.h2hfantasy.com and the H2HFantasy mobile apps available on Android and iOS.

H2HFantasy is not affiliated with any private or government sports leagues and tournaments. It does not claim any official status with any sports team or individual unless explicitly stated by the organization.

Users of H2HFantasy must adhere to the Terms & Conditions while using the services provided. By accessing the products and/or services on the portal, users consent to abide by the Terms, including but not limited to Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, FAQ, Promotions, Deposit Funds, and Personal sections.

The Terms are binding, and users agree to comply with them at all times. Services offered on the website are accessible only in accordance with the Terms, and users are responsible for staying informed about and agreeing to any amendments made by H2HFantasy.

If any Term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms. H2HFantasy may organize challenges, promotions, games, events, competitions, or tournaments, all of which will be governed by the Terms and any additional terms and conditions specified.

The H2HFantasy app comprises content developed by H2HFantasy, its partners, licensors, associates, and/or users. Intellectual Property Rights are held by these entities. Users are not permitted to modify, publish, transmit, reproduce, or exploit any materials without written consent. Users are responsible for their content and grant H2HFantasy a license to use it for specific purposes.

Users participating in challenges, games, or services provided by H2HFantasy must follow the Terms and Conditions, as they may be modified by H2HFantasy. Users agree to any amendments, communicated through email or notifications.

H2HFantasy may, at its discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate access, change features, deactivate or delete accounts, reject or remove user-submitted material, and revise player rosters for challenges.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. H2HFantasy is not liable for unauthorized access or any breach of security.

H2HFantasy may contain links to third-party sites. H2HFantasy has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content. Users engage with third parties at their own risk, and any questions or claims related to third-party products or services should be directed to the appropriate third party.

User information collected by H2HFantasy is subject to the Privacy Policy available for review on the site.

Users must comply with the Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so may result in actions taken by H2HFantasy, including restricting, suspending, or terminating access.

Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. Users should not use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software and should not engage in disruptive activities.

To register for challenges, participants must provide accurate information. Residents of certain states are not permitted to play paid games. Users must read and agree to all terms, conditions, and rules.

H2HFantasy conducts various challenges for Fantasy Cricket and Fantasy Football. Users can participate in paid or unpaid challenges. Multiple challenges can be created or accepted, and entry amounts may apply. H2HFantasy has the right to charge entry amounts and take actions against users who violate terms.

All users have equal opportunities, access to player databases, and can create challenges with varying amounts.

H2HFantasy reserves the right to adjust challenge deadlines or abandon challenges in certain circumstances. Deadlines for creating or accepting challenges are specified and must be adhered to.

At H2H Fantasy, we host Challenge Scenarios, providing users with a platform to engage in exciting contests without any participation constraints.

Feel the thrill of creating your own challenge by assembling a team of 2, 3, or 4 players, and inviting friends or fellow H2H Fantasy users to join and compete. Our challenges involve a pay-to-play format, requiring users to submit a challenge entry fee upon joining.

Once a challenge is accepted, alterations to the challenge, including winning amounts and teams, are strictly prohibited. H2H Fantasy retains the right, at its sole discretion, to block user accounts if any suspicious activity is detected, as determined by our auditing team.

Stay on top of your challenge progress with our live feed feature, allowing you to confidently track your points and those of your opponents. The scoring section on the app provides transparent and accessible information.

At H2H Fantasy, we prioritize fair play and transparency. To ensure user confidence, we take specific measures to elucidate the scoring system and winning amounts.

Clear guidelines for point calculation are available in the scoring section of the app, minimizing any confusion. Winning amounts are explicitly stated for each challenge and are promptly processed. Our partnerships with reliable third-party providers guarantee accurate live score feeds.

In the event of a tie between competitors or groups, funds will be equitably refunded, minus the platform fee.

H2H Fantasy emphasizes that its challenges are games of skill, exempt from Indian gambling laws, including the Public Gambling Act of 1867. Upheld by Supreme Court rulings, we assert that success in our challenges relies on participants' knowledge, training, attention, experience, and skill.

By participating, users acknowledge engaging in a game of skill. H2H Fantasy distinguishes itself by offering skill-based fantasy sports with Players vs. Players challenges, requiring line-ups of 2, 3, or 4 players, deviating from the conventional 11-player team format.

Participation in H2H Fantasy is exclusive to individuals residing in India, aged 18 and above. Age verification, including PAN card submission, is mandatory during registration. A valid email address is also a prerequisite for participation.

Residents of certain Indian states (Sikkim, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, or Nagaland), where skill-based gaming with participation fees is restricted, are barred from playing paid games on H2H Fantasy.

H2H Fantasy keeps users informed with a comprehensive transaction log, covering deposits, winnings, withdrawals, losses, and voided transactions.

Winners are determined by computing and tabulating scores in each challenge. Tiebreaker rules ensure fair distribution of winnings, with a 15% fee applied in tied scenarios.

Communication of results is facilitated through email and mobile notifications. Winners must provide necessary details, including a PAN card and bank account information, for the collection of winnings.

Crediting of winnings to the H2H Fantasy app wallet occurs within hours of match completion. Users can transfer winnings to their bank accounts after completing the verification process.

Withdrawals are processed within 2-3 working days, subject to bank working hours. PAN and bank account verification is mandatory before placing a withdrawal request.

A stringent verification process, covering mobile, email, bank account, and PAN verification, ensures fair play. Fan2Play reserves the right to disqualify winners failing to meet eligibility criteria or submitting inadequate or false documents.

Winning participants may be featured in Fan2Play promotions, advertising, and media events without additional consent or compensation. Fan2Play holds the right to cancel events due to legal compliance issues or ongoing challenges breaching guidelines.

Employees, directors, affiliates, and relatives of Fan2Play are ineligible to participate in challenges. Participants agree not to make claims related to event cancellations or withdrawals.

Any disputes related to the services provided by H2HFantasy, including challenges, the interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Users (including Participants) or H2HFantasy, shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. Disputes will be addressed in alignment with the laws of India.

In the event of a legal dispute between two parties, the party initiating the dispute must provide a written notification ("Notification") to the other party. The parties should attempt to amicably resolve the issue post-receiving the Notification. If resolution is not achieved through mutual discussion within 15 days, arbitration will be pursued.

Arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India, conducted in English and in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The parties agree to abide by the arbitration award. The costs of arbitration will be borne by the parties, and arbitrator fees will be shared equally unless determined otherwise by the arbitral tribunal. The arbitrator may issue interim orders and awards, enforceable in competent courts, and must provide a reasoned award.

Users voluntarily access and use H2HFantasy Features at their own risk. H2HFantasy is not liable for any loss or damage, including accidents, injuries, death, or property loss during access to services or challenge participation.

Users indemnify H2HFantasy, its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors from any responsibility, liability, cost, loss, or expense arising from their use of Features, including personal injury and property damage. H2HFantasy disclaims responsibility for errors or omissions, whether by itself or third parties, regarding winnings.

By accepting these terms, users acknowledge sole responsibility for consequences arising from any illegal acts due to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting these terms and conditions the user accepts that he/she shall be held solely responsible for any consequences arising due to an event wherein a user carries out any sort of illegal act due to the non-conformity with these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations in relation to services, including the provision of an incorrect address or other personal details.

Users consent to defend and hold H2HFantasy harmless from third-party claims related to their involvement with the website or challenge participation.

By accepting these terms, users release and waive all claims against H2HFantasy, its agents, directors, officers, business associates, and others for injuries or mishaps associated with services or challenges.

H2HFantasy and its entities are not responsible for information deletion, storage failure, incorrect delivery, or untimely delivery. H2HFantasy is not liable for harm due to information or material download, server quality, game quality, product quality, or site cancellation.

H2HFantasy disclaims responsibility for inaccessibility during maintenance, server technology issues, service provider failures, viruses, security breaches, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable causes. Content on the website is provided "as is, as available.

Users are solely responsible for material accessed, and H2HFantasy makes no warranty regarding website requirements, uninterrupted service, accuracy of results, or product/service quality.

H2HFantasy reserves the right to correct errors in Winner determination or payment transfers. H2HFantasy and its partners disclaim responsibility for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from website use.

H2HFantasy may cancel challenges requiring specific permissions. Users agree not to make demands or claims if services or challenges are suspended or closed.

In compliance with legislation, H2HFantasy notifies users of events through the website, app(s), or registered email. Users consent that notifications issued are effective upon receipt.

H2HFantasy is not responsible for delays due to external factors beyond its control. In case of delays, H2HFantasy may cancel related challenges and provide appropriate refunds.

Failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver. Users must file any claims or causes of action within 30 days, per these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Users and H2HFantasy, superseding any prior agreements. If any part is found indefinite or invalid, the rest remains in force.

H2HFantasy may moderate, restrict, or ban website and/or app(s) use at its discretion. H2HFantasy may permanently close or temporarily suspend any services, including challenges.

User Transaction history is available for the last 21 days. Queries must be raised within 7 days of the issue.

Challenge amounts are refunded if the teams' challenge cards are not accepted or if the match is canceled after starting or without a ball bowled.

Any amount added to the Fan2Play account cannot be refunded. Users must address transaction queries within 7 days.

Users must comply with the Promotion Terms and these Standard Terms while participating. Promotions are open to Indian users and are voluntary. Participation does not guarantee eligibility for other promotions.

Users must have one account for participating in Promotions. Fan2Play may require mobile number verification for Promotion participation.

Users on the NDNC list must deregister for Promotions. Failure to provide accurate information during registration absolves Fan2Play of responsibility.

Verification may require personal information submission. Fan2Play's Privacy Policy governs user information.

Fan2Play can disqualify users for inadequate, illegal, or unlawful conduct in Promotions. Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn but can be used for challenges.

Fan2Play can change Promotion terms or substitute bonuses without notice. Disputes are resolved in Delhi, India.

To create and operate an account, users must verify personal details, including mobile number, email, KYC, PAN, and bank details. Scanned copies of original documents are required, not exceeding 2MB.

Users consent to providing accurate information. Fan2Play may reject verification if PAN and account details do not match.

Verification takes up to 5-7 working days. Changes in information require written notice and valid documentation.

PAN cards and bank accounts, once verified, cannot be changed. Forged documents result in account blocks.

Residents of specific states may have verifications revoked. Bank account details must match precisely and be unique.

Fan2Play complies with new TDS rules. TDS is 30% of net winnings during withdrawal.

Users must review government notifications for full details. Examples of TDS deductions are provided.

Withdrawals can only be made from the winning balance, with a minimum of ₹100 and a maximum of ₹1,00,000 per day.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-3 working days, excluding the request date. Violations result in account holds or deactivation.

Users agree to payment terms, including platform fees, challenge entry amounts, and participant contributions. Strictly electronic payments are encouraged.
