Should a game, service, or any related system experience a malfunction or any other error, entry fees are eligible for a refund following a thorough inspection.

If a user makes a deposit not instantly credited to their H2H Fantasy wallet, we recommend waiting for at least 15 minutes post-transaction.

Once you join a contest or challenge game, the entry fee is non-refundable. Results will be declared, and contests settled accordingly.

For challenges where entry fees are deducted from incorrect heads, contacting H2H Fantasy support with ample evidence of a wrongful debit may lead to a refund after a rightful inspection.

If a user's bank account is debited in an attempt to top up the H2H Fantasy wallet, and the payment to H2H Fantasy is unsuccessful or delayed for any reason, contacting your bank for clarification is advised. Our support team will address your concerns, but we recommend waiting for at least 15 minutes, as payment gateways may require additional time for transaction processing.
